I am so excited to have found this Vegan Tuna product! It has tons of protein and the texture is perfect! I added a half of a nori sheet to increase the fishy flavor. To finely chop nori, roll it tightly and slice. I like a little bit of sweet in my tuna salad. If you’d prefer it to stay savory, leave out the apple or dates, and switch from sweet relish to dill relish. Enjoy!

1 package Good Catch Fish Free Tuna
1/2 stalk finely chopped celery
1/2 small avocado, diced
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp Floydy Pants Ranch
1/2 sheet nori, finely chopped
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 date or apple, diced
Vegan croissant (from Whole Foods!)
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients, add to bowl, and stir
- Place on sandwich, or eat with crackers!
