Vegan Copy Cat Big Mac

Something I think we’ve all missed. When I was vegetarian I would order the Big Mac no meat with tomatoes. This was 25 years ago and they would inevitably get it wrong every single time. It was like speaking a foreign language when you asked for no meat back then. Luckily things have changed! Floydy Pants Ranch mixed with ketchup makes the absolute perfect special sauce. This is so easy and amazing!

Vegan Copy Cat Big Mac

Ingredients

  • Your favorite veggie burger!

  • 1 tbsp Floydy Pants Ranch

  • 1 tsp ketchup

  • Sandwich pickles

  • Chao Cheese

  • Hamburger Bun

  • Diced onions

  • Diced Kale

Directions

  • Mix the Floydy Pants & Ketchup together.
  • Split burger down center (not in half so you have two burgers) or if you’re super hungry cook two patties! Cook burger according to package instructions. You can lay cheese on top of burger and let it melt that way with a pan over the lid, or stick it in the microwave for 10 seconds does the trick as well.
  • I sliced one of the halves of the bun in half and used the cut off as the center bun.
  • Layer all ingredients to desired taste. Enjoy!
