Vegan Ranch Roasted Chickpeas

1 can chickpeas
3 Tbsp Floydy Pants Ranch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized baking pan to where the chickpeas can all lay flat and not piled on top of one another.
- Bake for 40 minutes (or until desired crispness) stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Notes
- These are great on top of baked sweet potatoes. Bake the sweet potato until soft. Slice in half. Top with the Roasted Chickpeas, guacamole, tomatoes, parsley, Floydy Pants Ranch, or anything you have in the fridge!
